New Business…

 

  1. An offer for a final review of the By-Laws was made. A motion to accept the By-Laws as amended was made by Jason Krantz. Seconded by Ryan Robinson. The motioned carried by unanimous vote.  The approved By-Laws will be posted on the CTTC website. A hard copied will be signed by the officers.

 

  1. Eric Spang presented an invoice concerning the expenses to cover the expense of hosting our www.tabletennischarlestonwv.com web site. Comments were offered and discussion concerning his reimbursement. A motion was made to reimburse Eric Spang $159.70, by Mansour Mashayekhi, seconded by Larry Sutters.  Vote carried unanimously in favor of the reimbursement.

 

  1. Dale Goff informed the club that the registration information for the upcoming WV State Closed Table Tennis Tournament was now available on the CTTC web site.  January 1st, 2011 will be the start of receiving the registration form, release and waiver of liability forms, and monies.

 

Meeting was adjourned at 6:43 pm and the start of league play commenced.
