  3. A discussion was offered concerning Membership dues and  guest fees

Current suggestions for discussion included…

    1. I think if someone wants to pay $2 each night then let them.  Why would we do anything to discourage people from playing?  You are not a voting member until you pay a $25 membership fee.
    2. I say no more than two nights free, followed by no more than two nights at $2, then pay the full $25 and become a member. Pass thru guests like Will could be gratis if only once in a blue moon.
    3. Do we want to say for folks checking us out, free for the first two nights, and then start paying.  However, if they pay $2 a night for a while, then decide to join; it's the full $25.  That's right, no "pay your membership fee as you go" plan.  This would encourage folks to pay the $25 and not pay it $2 a week and for us to track it.  It will be either $2 a night or $25 once, thank you very much.
    4. After the ‘One Time visitor Free Day’, and keeping up with other typical entertainment/fitness fees, increase the fee $5 a night, until the $25 is paid up. For those who are economically challenged it spreads things out.

A motion to table further discussion concerning Guest Fees until next week was made to allow all to review the current suggestions by reading them on the web site.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:37 pm
