Agenda Item #1: League Membership Dues

Discussion included comments that we are beyond 5 Mondays of league play which is equivalent to a new member’s grace period. The $25.00 league dues are expected to be submitted prior to participation at the next Monday’s league play.

A current Membership Expiration Report is posted on the web site for all to confirm their current paid/unpaid status.

Agenda Item #2: CTTC sponsorship for the WV Closed Table Tennis Tournament

A motion was offered concerning approval for club sponsorship of the WV Closed Table Tennis Tournament by Dale Goff. Discussion included…

· Funding to cover the tourney potential expenses.

· Last year a profit was realized due to efforts from refreshment sales and registration.

The motion was seconded by Ryan Robinson, a show of hands was to follow and the motion carried by majority in attendance.
